Food Hunt: Murni Discovery, Aman Suria

Welcome back to another edition of the Food Hunt Weekday Edition. Today is Monday and of course, ME and Alan are back again for the Food Hunt action. This time, we have chosen Murni Discovery as our food destination located at Aman Suria. This restaurant serves the food ranging from our very own local delight to western food. I would say this place is good for those who love to "YUMCHA" at night.

This restaurant is also a branch to SS2 Murni and it was a best place to dine in. Today the crowd is a bit less compared to weekends where you hardly can find a place to sit especially during weekends. Once we sat down, we have to wait about 5 minutes before the waiter can come and serve us. From what I can see, they are lack of waiter and waitress and the service is a little bit sucks.

I've ordered Nasi Goreng Tom Yum and Alan ordered Mee Raja. For drinks, I've ordered Teh O Ais Limau (RM1.50) while Alan ordered Sirap Bandung (RM1.50). The Nasi Goreng Tom Yum (RM5.00) was above average and you can smell the tom yum taste once you put it into your mouth and it was of course mouth watering too. When you are here, perhaps you can try out the nasi goreng tom yum as recommended on the menu. Meanwhile Alan's Mee Raja (RM8.00) was a bit dry but Alan said that it is just nice. It's a very special dish over here and recommended by the menu as well. But I did try some from Alan and I find out that definately the mee was a bit dry and the taste was just average. Nothing special though about the taste but the mee was very soft. For drinks, both of our drinks was pretty sweet too. Maybe you should ask them to lessen the sugar once you ordered the drinks.


I would still recommend you to come over to this place as it was a good and cozy place to have your food. You may try their western food which is reported to be good too. I will be going back again to try out other food later as I wanna kick off my visit today to try out their local delights first. The price meanwhile was average and I would say it's not cheap nor expensive as well. Our bill came and it's RM16.00 with NO TAX. A great place to discover inside Aman Suria. I bet you will love it.
