Food Hunt: De Pastry Chef Cake & Cafe, Bandar Manjarala, Kepong

Welcome back to yet another edition of Food Hunt and this time ME & Kimmy had meet up and we have decided to go to De Pastry Chef Cake & Cafe located at Bandar Manjarala to try out the food over there. This is our 4th time visiting this cafe and it was a year ago since our last visit. Previously I did not blog about this cafe before and today it's my pleasure to blog.

We reached the restaurant at about 7.45pm and it's pretty crowded as well. There's a lot of people dine in the restaurant and luckily we still manage to fins a place for both of us but the place is pretty deserted too. Well, we do not care all these as we were served immediately once we sat down. It took us about 10 minutes to look at the menu and then we ordered what we wanted to eat.

I've ordered Chicken Ham & Sausage Spaghetti (RM7.50) while Kimmy ordered Maryland Chicken Chop (RM9.50). For drinks, I've ordered a hot cup of Darjeeling (RM3.50) while Kimmy ordered a hot cup of Earl Grey (RM3.50). Overall the food is very satisfying and enjoyable compared to the afternoon lunch. The Chicken Ham & Sausage Spaghetti is very nice and above my expectation. The taste is simply delicious and I love the taste and I would crave for more in future! The Darjeeling is very nice too as they served Dilmah packet tea. For Kimmy's Maryland Chicken Chop, it was delicious too. Kimmy & I tried it and it was very good too as the chicken is very crispy and taste nice and it's above our expectations. The Earl Grey tea was good too. We had a great time enjoying the food there.

The price is very reasonable based on its portion. The portion is pretty big and the price never reach RM10.00. Overall bill came and it costs us about RM24.00 and it's very reasonable too. You will never get the price if you dine in outside even in the coffee shop too. Here, you can enjoy air condition and the price is reasonable. I would very recommend you to come over here to try out this restaurant and I can bet once you dine in for the first time, you will definitely would come to try out for the second time and so on. Previously I have tried out their Western & Local Delights and most of the food are awesome and nice too. Not to forget, this cafe also sells the cake and it has lots of varieties too.
