Food Hunt: 6 2 10 Grill & Nasi Lemak, Aman Suria, Petaling Jaya

Welcome back to yet another edition of Food Hunt as ME & Alan had a great Raya evening. Both of us having a great time. It is almost 8.00pm and of course we would love to find good food in conjunction with Hari Raya Festival. It was a great pleasure as we had chosen 6 2 10 Grill & Nasi Lemak located at Aman Suria Petaling Jaya. Previously, this restaurant is located at SS17 below the flats and now it had moved to a great location with a permanent shoplots.

We reached there around 8.00pm and the crowd are pretty much full as well. Luckily we still could find a table for ourselves. We take a look at the menu and there's not much to choose from as it only serves western food and its famous Nasi Lemak as well. There are lots of Western Food varieties to choose from as well its Nasi Lemak. I've chosen the newly dish Pork Rendang Nasi Lemak (Non-Halal) (RM8.50) while Alan choose Chicken & Beef Rendang Nasi Lemak (RM12.00). For drinks, I've ordered Cincau Ice (RM2.70) while Alan ordered Plain Ice Water only.

It does not took very long time for the food to arrive despite the crowd over there and we are satisfied with their service as well. Frankly, the food was acceptable and the portion is way too little for us. For the cost of RM8.50 per plate (1 dish), the pork rendang was simply too little with only given 3 pieces only and then the portion of the nasi lemak also very dissapointing. The food quality was acceptable especially the sambal which was pretty good in total. The pork rendang was rather tasteless and what makes more nightmare is actually the sambal that was marinated together with the pork. It was a bit salty as well. For Alan's Beef & Chicken Rendang, it was also just average and nothing much to brag about. It was a bit salty for the sambal that marinated around the chicken and beef rendang as well. For the Cincau Ice, it was fairly acceptable and nothing much to brag about.

With the given price which is quite expensive with the portion of the food is very little, I would say I will not purposely come back to this restaurant to eat their Nasi Lemak. Perhaps I should try their grilled food during my next visit as I saw the portion is pretty big as well but the price is rather pretty expensive ranging from RM13-RM16. Come on folks, no Nasi Lemak on this restaurant anymore! Enjoy! MY RATING: 2.5/5 ; ALAN RATING: 3/5
