Food Hunt: Burger Bakar Kaw Kaw, Mayang Oasis, Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya

Welcome back to yet another edition of Food Hunt and today ME & Alan had visited Burger Bakar Kaw Kaw located at Mayang Oasis Food Court in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya. We find out this restaurant for quite some time already but we have not tried yet until today. We reached the restaurant at around 8.30pm and the crowd is there as many of them sat down while waiting for their Burger Bakar to be served. We look at the big menu that was displayed in front of the restaurant and determine what to eat. By looking at the price, we've decided to go for the most expensive ones and both of us have "Triple Chicken Turkeynizer" (RM21.50) in which 3 pieces of Fried Chicken was then fried into perfection and then wrapped together with the burger bread and in between there's some vegetables and 1 piece of cheese. You can also choose Double (RM16.50) or Single (RM11.50) as well besides the triple size.

We have to wait for about 15 minutes before the burgers were served as we have to wait for about 20 people in which are queuing for the burgers as well. To my consent, I was shocked to see the size of the burger. It was out of my expectation and I am thinking how am I going to eat it? Not because I could not finish it but how can I put it into my mouth? In the end, both of us have to eat the burgers separately step by step because we could not put the whole thing into our mouth. This I think would easily killed off the burger taste as we did not manage to eat together. We have to eat the chicken and bread separately until it becomes a single size and till then we are able to put the whole burger into our mouth. Now comes the taste of the burgers. I would say it's good but it's not so special about it except the size of the burger. The chicken is perfectly fried as well as the slices of turkey but they are stingy in giving the vegetables and cheese as it's very less only.

For the price we pay RM21.50 for 1 triple Chicken Turkeynizer burger, I would say it's very expensive but if they charge around RM12.00 to RM15.00 I would say it's reasonable. They only served Fried Chicken instead of other flavour of chicken and it's normal. I would recommend you to go for either single or double size and triple is too much and if you eat too many chicken (3 pieces) in 1 go, you will feel that you want to puke. Anyway, not only they are selling chicken burgers but they do also sell beef burgers and they claimed that their specialty is the beef burgers. Well, I will definately go and try out their beef burgers during my next visit. Burger Bakar Kaw Kaw has many branches including this one and their Main HQ would be at Wangsa Maju Seksyen 2. I would recommend you to come and try it and best still if you are a truly burger lovers, you should try this burgers. I would say it's not the best but it's good overall.
