We finished our movie around 5.20pm and we meet up Alan, who is also there for another appointment before joining us to go together to the sushi outlet. The outlet was not so packed that time until 6.30pm, where people started to come in to the restaurant. In fact, the design of the restaurant is pretty ambience and cozy as well. We sat down at the table and immedietely the waiter come and serve us, asking us what drinks that we would like to order. Without looking at the menu, 3 of us ordered Green Tea (Hot). The green tea was hotly boiled and the taste is nice as you can taste the fragrance of the tea. For the main menu, I've ordered Chicken Teriyaki Don & Alan ordered Kitsune Udon (see pictures). For Kimmy, she ordered California Roll only (see pictures). Frankly, the Chicken Teriyaki Don that I've ordered is not so nice as expected. The sauce was very salty that makes the whole rice fragrance damage but the only thing that can cheer up is the chicken is pretty fresh and nice. For Alan dish, he told alexleow-kimmy.com that the Kitsune Udon was tasteless and not nice. You can't even taste any sweetness on the soup and just like drinking water only. It's a very poor servings to customers. For Kimmy's California Roll, something to cheer on because the california roll although is normal (like other sushi chains) but it's nice because the ingredients they use are very fresh except the rice, which is pretty soft. Besides, we also ordered some sushi's as out side orders to try out and overall the sushi is just nice but still i prefer Sakar Sushi or Sushi King outlets.
The bill came and it's about RM69.00 (including tax) for 3 persons and the price is pretty reasonable but unfortunately the food was pretty sucks. The portion of the food was pretty large compared to Sushi King and Sakae Sushi. If you have a chance, perhaps you can give it a try to other dishes and sushi's but do not try out the food as I commented just now (above) because it's not nice and you will regret when you order it. Enjoy your meal! :)
