Welcome back to yet another edition of travel and today ME & Kimmy brought you over to I-City in Shah Alam to discover some new findings which I think is very knowledgeable and a good place to visit as well. Also, it's a great holiday destination for your family as well. Introducing 2 interesting places that we went today including the Trick Art Museum & the Prehistoric Adventure which features Jurrasic Park & Ice Age creatures. Also there's Snow Walk but we did not enter due to time issue. How to buy entrance ticket? Just go to the ticketing counter and then they will issue you an I-City prepaid card where you need to buy value and topup your credit there as well.
Firstly the Trick Art Museum is first of its kind in South East Asia and I find it's worth the money. We pay RM10.00 per Adult and RM5.00 for children. Inside the museum, one can actually discover the great 3D art that was drawn by international artists and most importantly, you can take photos there. Once can see different kinds of trick art which is very amazing and cool. Kindly check out the photos that posted as well. It's worth every ringgit we pay and both of us are very satisfied with the museum as well. You should bring your girlfriend, boyfriend, husband, wife and your whole family to take a look at this great museum art.
Next up is the Prehistoric Adventure where you can actually discover dinosaurs and Ice Age animals inside this exhibition. The admission Fees is RM15.00 per adults and RM10.00 for children. This exhibition almost comes to an end (when I posted this on today's date) and tomorrow is the last day. Just to share with you that this exhibition is really small and not worth every ringgit we pay. Although we get to see robotic dinosaurs and Ice Age where when you are there, it will have sensors and those robotic dinosaurs and Ice Age characters will roar and be in live again. Nothing much to see inside and don't waste your money. Oh yea! It's very dark inside and you can hardly see the dinosaurs and those animals clearly.
Regarding the Snow Walk, we did not enter due to time issue as we are quite rushing and the price is very expensive indeed. If you go before 6.30pm, the entrance fees would be RM25.00 for adults and RM15.00 for kids while after 6.30pm, the entrance fees would be RM20.00 for adults and RM10.00 for kids. This price only applicable to MYKAD holders while for those without MYKAD, you have to pay more extra RM10.00 for adults and children. I've heard the Snow Walk is nice and I would seek this opportunity to go there once again next time if I have time. So I am unable to give comments on this places of interest in I-City Shah Alam. Also there's a Water Park in I-City where you can play and swim there as well as well as a 5D Cinema where you can actually experience motions, wind, water and many more during the movie which you take you through the 5D experience like you never experienced before.
Overall, it's a great experience to go there and it's advisable to go at night as there's a lot of places on interest you can visit there. During evening time, you can only experience some outdoor places of interest as what I mentioned but not on outdoor such as marry go round or other rides that children can enjoy. Outdoor activities only open after 6.00pm till late night. I would say the entrance fees is quite expensive but it's a great place to hang out with your friends, families and your close ones too.
