Welcome back to yet another edition of Food Hunt. It was a chaotic day for us as it was raining whole day long and the best thing is, we are suppose to go Mid Valley during lunch time but ended up going to Sunway Pyramid as the crawl was about 2KM away and hardly we can enter Mid Valley. But in Sunway, it was rather a different story where parking was available easily during lunch break.
We reach Sunway Pyramid about 12 noon and of course we started to crave for good food. Of course, we have selected Papa John's Pizza as our menu choice of the afternoon. The crowd that time was just average and not many people. Once we sat down, we were brought a menu and the service was rather fast. We've ordered Set Meal A which consists of A Breadsticks, Potato Wedges, 2 glasses of Coke and a pizza which you can choose from. We've chosen BBQ Chicken with Beef as our pizza of the day.
Overall, the food was just average and not so nice as expected. I would have admit that it's a very healthy pizza as it has less oil and fat. But the food quality os not as good as Domino's and Pizza Hut. We've ordered thin crust pizza and the thin crust taste was just like a soda biscuit. It was not so nice but still acceptable. The portion of the pizza was just average as well as the potato wedges. But the breadsticks was very nice as it's large in size and the smell was great.The price meanwhile was pretty reasonable too as it was priced at RM33.50 plus tax. It's up to you whether you love healthy pizza or not. But I can tell you that Papa John's Pizza is a healthy pizza and you should try it. Although in my blog, I will definately give points based on the taste of the food, Papa John's Pizza is definately a letdown and not so nice as expected. You may give it a try and perhaps you can feedback to me how's it taste like in future! Enjoy! MY RATING: 3/5; KIMMY RATING: 3/5
