Synopsis: Max (Mark Lee) is a hardworking but unscrupulous employee for a mildly successful slimming centre Natural Beauty. In his efforts to increase company profits, Max decides to purchase supplies from a counterfeit brand. When he was found out, Max was fired. In his retaliation, Max decides to open a rival company Max Beauty, using the same counterfeit beauty products and imported slimming pills. Max's conscience (played by Taiwanese celebrity Nono) appears to advise him against these actions but is duly ignored. Max will eventually realize that what comes around, goes around. |
My Comments: Today, it's time for ME & Kimmy to go for yet another weekend outings with movies. Of course, today we have chosen the movie Being Human as our favourite choice movie to watch this weekend while waiting for the release of Ip Man 2 and Iron Man 2. We also have chosen Berjaya Times Square as our choice as it's had been a long time that we did not go shopping over there. Being Human is directed by the famous Jack Neo and as you know his movie were totally nice for laughs and besides that it also has a sad and meaningful story behind it. It was totally true. This movie talks about the life of the humans and about the moral of our life where the concept "If You Treat People Good, Then In Return You Will Get Something Good Too". Besides that, there are truly a lot of scenes where it's good to laugh out loud in cinemas and you would totally enjoy it. There's nothing special about Jack Neo's movie this time as it was almost the same as his previous movie jokes where you will roughly knows what the movie is going to joke about. A combination of good storyline and good for laughs make this movie once again the perfect movie to watch for the whole family too.
