Food Hunt: Delifrance Cafe & Bistro, Mid Valley Megamall

Bravo guys & girls!

Welcome back to yet another edition of Food Hunt on a lovely Sunday evening. Hope you folks are still doing fine and hope you enjoyed the food that both of us introduced so far. Do leave some comments on my blog ya! Thanks so much first! By the way, on a lovely Sunday evening, we went to Mid Valley Megamall for a walk and we manage to shop until we drop. We bought a lot of things and we are very satisfied with it. After watching movie, we've decided to go for yet another food adventure. This time during our visit to Mid Valley, we have decided to dine in Delifrance Cafe & Bistro.

We reached there around 7.00pm and the crowd had started to build up as there are still available tables for us to choose from. We sat down and immediately we were served with the menu. We browse through the menu and it took us about 10 minutes to decide what to eat as mostly they served western bakery meal as well as spaghetti as well too. I've ordered Beef Bolognese Spaghetti (RM15.90) while Kimmy ordered Chicken Bolognese Spaghetti (RM14.90) and for drinks both of us ordered 2 glasses of Mango Sjora Drinks (RM5.90 each) and a glass of Sjora Pineapple Drinks (RM5.90). We've also decided to try the Seafood Sandwich (RM9.00) as we ordered this as well.

It took us about 5 minutes to wait for the food and the service is very good indeed although the restaurant is pretty crowded that time. We can see the efficiency of the waiter and waitress serving us and it was very good indeed. The Chicken Bolognese Spaghetti was slighly salty but still acceptable and overall the sauce was nice too. The same goes to the Beef Bolognese Spaghetti. The portion of the spaghetti's are both pretty average but I can bet for big eaters, this meal does not cater enough for you. Both plates also comes with 2 pieces of garlic bread as well. Luckily we did order a side meal which is the Seafood Sandwich and this is very good indeed. The bread was very soft and tender while the seafood balls portion is pretty big as well and it was nice too. I can smell tuna on top of the seafood balls. Both of us love the bread and the seafood balls and we vowed to come back again for this in future. The sjora drink for mango and pineapple is very nice indeed. For the price we pay, it does not disappoint us as we can taste fresh mango and pineapple taste. It was tasty as it was not too sweet either.

For the price, I would say it will be definitely expensive and it's not so worth it. But if you come here for the quality of the food, then you are in the right direction. With 1 meal for 2 persons plus a side dish, it costs about RM50.00++ and the portion is just average. The same goes to the bread and the spaghetti as well. For big eaters, it's not recommended unless you come here during tea time just to eat for fun. Well, for me, I have a special discount coupons and my dine in here is just RM17.00 and it's much more worth it. Overall, this restaurant serves really quality food and I would recommend you to come over here to try out the food (maybe once in a while) by not looking at the price. I bet you will love it too. Enjoy your weekend folks! MY RATING: 4/5 ; KIMMY RATING: 4/5
