Food Hunt: Fruitland, Ikano Power Centre (IPC), Mutiara Damansara (Part 2)

Dear All,

Welcome back to yet another edition of Food Hunt and once again I am back to Fruitland located at Ikano Power Centre (IPC). I missed the shop and this time I vowed to go back there again to try out other food. We reach there around 6.45pm and still the crowd is pretty less as compared to other restaurants. It did not dampens me and as usual once we sat down we looked at the menu and then within 3 minutes, we know what we wanted to order.

I've ordered Rainbow Lolo (RM9.90) and Kimmy ordered Longan Tau Foo Fah (RM6.90) dessert. For food, I've ordered Nasi Lemak with Rendang Chicken (RM8.90) while Kimmy ordered Chicken Nuggets with Chips (RM10.90). Based on the food we've ordered, we are very eager to try out the food and to see the taste of the food. It does not take any longer for the food to arrive where we only need to wait for about 10 minutes and all the food had arrived on the table.

The Rainbow Lolo was the first to arrive and we tried that one. The portion is medium sized and then the lolo was very nice indeed with lots of mixed fruit including strawberry, mango, kiwi, watermelon and papaya. It was so nice where the ice was also made by yam as well. It was all mixed fruit with superb taste. You will simply love it when you try it! It's much more better than the fruity lolo that we ordered previously during our visit. A must try Lolo! The Longan Tau Foo Fah was also a hit as well. It was pretty special where the longan was mixed inside the tau foo fah and it was simply amazing. The taste was also nice and special too. A must try too! Thumbs up!

Then it was followed by the arrival of the main dishes including the Nasi Lemak with Rendang Chicken. It was nice but it has nothing special about it. The sambal taste was nice and then what impressed me is that I am given 2 pieces of the rendang chicken. The portion is medium sized. I would recommend you this dishes as well. For Kimmy's Chicken Nuggets with Chips, there's nothing special about it but the taste was nice too. The nuggets was nice especially when it was served with the black pepper sauce that makes the difference for this dish. The french fries was just normal and nothing special about it. Well, who cares as long as the dishes are nice right?

The bill came and it costs us about RM39.00++ and the price is reasonable for the amount of food we get. Although the portion is not big but overall it's medium sized. The food are generally nice and it depends on you whether are you willing to pay such the price for the food. Enjoy! MY RATING: 5/5 ; KIMMY RATING: 5/5

* Food & drink rating are based on the food & drinks we've ordered and not overall food & drinks.
